On March 15th, Artcurial Motorcars<\/a> will offer collectors an extremely rare opportunity to acquire pieces from one of Germany’s most storied automotive collections. The Fritz Neuser Collection<\/a> comprises 30 collector automobiles – including 10 Ferraris – alongside approximately 300 lots of choice automobilia, Ferrari parts, and memorabilia spanning multiple prestigious marques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Life Lived at Speed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fritz Neuser’s journey into the automotive world began, somewhat unexpectedly, on two wheels rather than four. As a top-tier competitive cyclist in 1950s Germany, Neuser first gained national recognition on the velodrome before gravitating toward the sporting automotive world that would define his legacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the 1960s, Neuser had established the Auto-Neuser garage in Nuremberg, initially taking on Alfa Romeo before earning the coveted Ferrari franchise. His deep understanding of the prancing horse marque and unwavering dedication didn’t go unnoticed in Maranello. Neuser went on to cultivate a relationship with Ferrari that would span decades, positioning him as one of Germany’s most influential Ferrari dealers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But Neuser wasn’t content to simply sell these machines. As an amateur racing driver, he competed in historic rallies and motorsport events, immersing himself in the culture he helped promote. Along the way, he built relationships with some of the most iconic figures in automotive and cultural history – from Enzo Ferrari himself to opera legend Luciano Pavarotti and 7-time Formula 1 driving champion Michael Schumacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For over 60 years, Neuser remained a central figure in Germany’s sports car community, championing the marques he loved and the lifestyle they represented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, Neuser has entrusted Artcurial Motorcars with 30 automobiles from his personal stable, along with 300 lots of rare parts and automobilia – some new-old-stock pieces that haven’t seen daylight in decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
